Prebiotics are designed to feed good bacteria and ensure that they can multiply efficiently. This is thanks to its main ingredient, resistant starch.

Resistant starch can be found in legumes, unripe bananas, and uncooked potatoes. Resistant starch is not broken down in the intestinal tracts and plays an important role when it comes to good intestinal bacteria.
Add two large scoops (approx. 5 grams) to approx. 200ml of lukewarm water and take in the morning, half an hour before the first meal.
Please note: not hot water, but lukewarm water at body temperature.
